Właśnie założyliśmy Związek Zawodowy "Razem Silniejsi" NSZZ Solidarność!
To nie była łatwa decyzja, ani prosta droga. Ponad pół roku spotykaliśmy/łyśmy się regularnie i rozmawialiśmy/łyśmy ze współpracownicami/wnikami, budując nasz Związek.
To jednak dopiero początek naszej drogi i mamy nadzieję, wkrótce będzie nas jeszcze więcej!
Główny slogan Teleperformance brzmi "each interaction matters", "każdy kontakt się liczy". Szczerze liczymy, że nasze kontakty z Zarządem będą się liczyły podwójnie, a współpraca będzie pokojowa, owocna i długa!

This is how we looked like when we founded the Trade Union "Stronger Together" of NSZZ Solidarność!
It wasn't an easy decision, nor a simple way. For more than half a year we met regularly and talked to our coworkers and associates, building our Union.
However, this is only the beginning of our journey and we hope that soon there will be even more of us!
The main slogan of Teleperformance is "each interaction matter". We sincerely hope that our contacts with the Management Board will count double and the cooperation will be peaceful, fruitful and long!
