Razem Silniejsi in Brussels: fair working time matters!

In recent days, one of our leaders, Filipp, took part in the “FATIMA: fair working time matters” conference in Brussels. Here are a few words from Filipp:

"I was deeply honored to represent my colleagues at TP Poland and the Razem Silniejsi Union (the official labor union of Teleperformance) in the NSZZ Solidarność delegation at the final conference of the “FATIMA: fair working time matters” project in Brussels on the 7th, October!The FATIMA project is critical.

Supported by European Commission, it seeks to establish fair working time models to counter the deterioration of working conditions, especially in sectors like BPO/SSC. Our goal is clear: better work-life balance, improved mental health, and decent wages for all employees.This conference moves us closer to real-world solutions - the very principles our union, Razem Silniejsi, fights for every day.

Thank you to the European Commission for their support and to UNI Global Union for leading this vital initiative.
